Ballet classes are taught with the classical (traditional) ballet method.
The majority of the class will be conducted at the barre working on various ballet techniques and combinations. A portion of the class will also involve center floor exercises.
Each class may be different depending on the individual instructors style and variations.

Below are descriptions and skill levels for each class.
ADULT BALLET CLASSES
Intro to Ballet - Learn terminology, positions & basic movements that will help you understand and follow along in Beginner level classes. All levels of ballet build on these fundamentals. New to ballet with no prior experience.
Adult Beginner - For anyone 18+ with little to no ballet training. If you are not familiar with ballet terminology or positions, taking an Intro class first is recommended.
Ballet Barre - Upper Beginner / Intermediate level. Traditional ballet exercises, faster and a little more complex than beginner level. Set to pop-piano music. Meant to increase strength with added cardio. This is NOT a fitness barre class. Should be familiar with beginner ballet terminology, positions, barre exercises , and proper technique.
Contemporary - An expressive style of dance that blends elements of ballet, modern, jazz, and hip-hop. All levels of experience, including first time dancers or beginner level.
Open Level - Ages 16+ with varying levels of experience familiar with ballet. Instructors will provide variations to exercises for students to choose level of difficulty based on their skill level.
Adult Intermediate / Advanced - For anyone 16+ who has prior ballet training and has leveled up from the beginner level.
Variations - Learn choreography to classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Nutcracker, etc.. Should be familiar with basic ballet terminology and techniques. Open to all levels. Pointe shoes optional.
Pointe / Pre-Pointe - Intermediate/Advanced required. Subject to instructor approval. Learn proper technique while on pointe to maximize movements and avoid injury.
Ballet Conditioning - Anyone 16+. This class focuses on stretching & toning, building core strength, foot strength and flexibility, and increasing overall flexibility to improve ballet training.
Mommy & Me - One adult + one 2-5 yr old child. Dads and boys are also welcome. No prior experience necessary.

Ballet Classes
Form-fitting clothes that allow movement and for the instructor to see your lines (leotards & tights, leggings, fitted tops)
Ballet slippers with canvas or leather soles
Ballet skirts and leg warmers (optional)
Long hair should be pulled back.
Hip-Hop & Non-Ballet Classes
athletic/dance wear, you can move in easily and freely, and get sweaty.
dance shoes or sneakers with soles that allow for movements like turns. No street shoes.
No bare feet during class. Socks are allowed but not recommended to avoid injury.
Jewelry should be limited during class.
Please be mindful with attire to limit unnecessary exposure.

For the safety of our students, staff, parents, guests, and the premises we have set the following Studio Rules:
No photos, photography, or video recording allowed during class.
No posting images or videos of others without their consent.
No outside food or drinks. Please only bring water into the studio.
No eating or gum chewing in the studio.
No talking during class, including in the waiting area.
Phone calls should be taken outside. Please silence phones during class.
No outside shoes on the marley (dance) floor. Soft sole dance shoes only.
Please be mindful and respectful of others.

Yes. Gift certificates are available for purchase online.
Single classes are $30 each. You have the option to select one or multiple classes.
Gift certificates are redeemed by using its code when booking a class online or in person.
All students must register prior to attending their first class.

Class schedule and offerings change seasonally based on teacher availability, student interest, and other factors. Please visit our website for most up-to-date class schedule. We are primarily focused on offering a variety of Adult Ballet classes at our studio.

Please email us to inquire about private lessons and space rental.
Private lessons are $100 per hour (one person). Semi private lessons are $100/hour plus $50 each additional person. Subject to instructor availability.
Space rental is limited to dance and music related practice. $50 per hour. The studio is not available for parties or events.

For all dance classes at the studio we offer a monthly unlimited subscription. The monthly fee is $200 with unlimited access to all scheduled classes.
To reserve a class using your monthly membership, select the desired class(es) from the booking schedule, enter your info (name, phone number, email), then select Package Code to the right, and enter the code from your subscription receipt. You’ll be charged $0 and your spot will be reserved.
The monthly subscription will begin on the date of purchase and can be used for a month following the date of purchase. You will be sent a renewal notice one week before the new month begins. Monthly Subscriptions will continue until cancelled.

Classes can be booked up to 6 hours before a scheduled class. Reserved classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the starting time of the booked class. No refunds or credits after the 24-hour cancellation period begins.
